To retain the maximum nutrients in our products, we dehydrate our nuts and seeds at carefully controlled low temperatures. Our highest dehydrating temp (activating) temperature is 58-60 degrees Celsius, depending on the type of nut or seed, which helps protect their nutrient integrity. We use even lower temperatures for some varieties, dehydrating them over 1-3 days to ensure optimal quality. This slower, low-temperature process distinguishes our products from other activated nuts that may lose nutrients when exposed to higher heat.

We try to use recyclable/compostable whenever we can; however, due to shipping issues, breakages, and tears, we’ve had to explore other options.
